This page briefly describes how ACORD MED SRL (CUI, tax identification number, 18194309; Reg. Com., Trade Register number, J40/20544/2005), with its registered office at București, Sector 3, Str. Vlad Județul nr. 52-54, cam. 1, processes personal data on the website https://www.acordmed.ro.
What data we collect
Through the appointment form we collect: full name, phone number, email address (optional), the type of consultation requested, the preferred doctor (optional), the preferred time slot (optional) and any free-text message. These data are strictly necessary for us to contact you and to schedule the consultation.
Purpose of processing
The data are used exclusively for: (i) contacting you to confirm or clarify the appointment request; (ii) managing the subsequent appointment in our internal system; (iii) fulfilling the legal obligations specific to medical activity.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR), and on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention period
The data from the form are kept for as long as necessary for the appointment and for the period required by the regulations on medical records. Requests that do not lead to an appointment are deleted from operational systems after 12 months.
Who has access
Access to your data is limited to the clinic's administrative and medical staff who manage the appointment, and to our technical service providers (e.g. the transactional email provider), under conditions of confidentiality.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent at any time. For any request or question, you can contact us at clinica@acordmed.ro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP, the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing).

This website uses anonymised traffic analytics (Vercel Web Analytics), without cookies and without personal data. We do not use other tracking technologies for commercial profiling.
